On Sunday morning, the seventh race of the 2018 MotoGP season will take place with the Catalan Grand Prix from the Circuit de Barcelona-Cataluyna. Jorge Lorenzo has pole position for the race, his first pole of the season after he picked up his first win of the season at the Italian Grand Prix the last time out.
The race is set for bright and early Sunday morning, beginning at 8 a.m. ET and broadcast by beIN Sports in the United States. Live streaming for Sunday’s action can be had via fuboTV or beIN Sports Connect. beIN Sports will have pre-race coverage for the three hours prior to the actual start around 8 a.m.
That should also include some coverage of Moto3 and Moto2 races, beginning at 5 a.m. and 6:20 a.m., respectively.
Prior to winning in Italy, Lorenzo had retired from two races and his best finish was sixth, in France. His pole for Sunday is also the first for Ducati this season. He narrowly edged out Marc Marquez, beating him by just 0.066 seconds late in the second qualifying session.
Marquez had a crash in the third practice session and many thought he might not make it out of Q1, but he’ll be starting second on the grid on his Honda. Andrea Dovizioso will start third on the grid on his Ducati, followed by the Yamaha of Maverick Vinales and the Suzuki of Andrea Iannone.
