Rossi was joined at Yamaha by Vinales at the start of this year after Lorenzo packed his bags for Ducati.
And Jarvis says the new-look team get on well together.
"It's very different compared to in the past, because they don't have that experience of being in too many conflict situations together,” he said.
"So far, it's really been no problem at all to manage the two of them co-existing.
"The relationship is very good, we've not had any issues.

Lin Jarvis on Yamaha pair Valentino Rossi and Maverick Vinales
"We've seen a couple of times that they've been on the same line in training [practice], but this is part of every day in MotoGP."
Rossi and Lorenzo didn’t see eye-to-eye at Yamaha with tensions in the race for the MotoGP title spilling over and a dividing wall being needed in the Japanese team’s garage to keep the two apart.
Lorenzo is well off the pace in the championship race with new team Ducati, but Vinales is in with a shout.
The Spaniard is third, behind leader Marc Marquez and Andrea Dovizioso.
Rossi is fourth but out of title contention, with a broken leg ruling him out of the last race at Misano and the next at Aragon.
The injury to the nine-time world champion means Yamaha can focus solely on Vinales, but Jarvis doesn’t see any positives in putting all their eggs in one basket.
"I can't see any advantage," he said. "It's better to have two bullets than one bullet.
"If something happens to Marc, Honda are in difficulty. Now we've seen something has happened to Vale.
"Imagine if Vale was our only bullet, we would be in difficulty.
"We've never doubted having two in the fight is better than one. A lot of people talk about one rider stealing points from the other... rubbish.”
